This is a working template prepared for review by qualified counsel in the United States, India, the United Kingdom and the European Union. It is not yet in force and creates no rights or obligations until a final version is published.
- We only set strictly necessary cookies until you choose otherwise.
- Analytics and marketing are separate choices, both off by default. “Reject all” is always as easy as “Accept all”.
- We honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, marketing stays off.
- We keep a timestamped record of your choice and ask again after six months or when our cookies change.

1What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDKs in apps. This policy covers all of them and applies to algonexus.trade, the dashboard at app.algonexus.trade and our apps.

No analytics or marketing tools are active today. Before we add one, we will list it here with its provider, purpose and duration, and ask everyone again.
4How we ask, by region
- EU/EEA and UK: prior opt-in for anything non-essential, under the ePrivacy Directive and PECR. Rejecting is one click, the same as accepting.
- India: consent that is free, specific, informed and unambiguous under the DPDP Act, withdrawable at any time.
- United States: we use the same opt-in banner. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws.
5The record we keep
When you choose, we store: a random identifier (not linked to your account), the date and time, the policy version, your choice for each category, how you chose (accept all, reject all or custom), and whether a GPC signal was present. A copy is sent to our consent log so we can demonstrate compliance; it contains no IP address or account identifier.
6Changing your mind
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page, or the button at the top of this policy. If you withdraw consent, we reload the page so that any optional scripts stop running. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; you will then see the banner again.
