The Neural Engine three ways: a REST API (OpenAPI 3.1), a GraphQL API for read-heavy dashboards, and an MCP server so AI assistants can use AlgoNexus tools on a user’s behalf.

Authentication

  • End users: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, or a session JWT from the dashboard.
  • Businesses: scoped API keys (sandbox and production), rate-limited per tenant.
  • MCP: OAuth 2.1 with protected-resource metadata; tokens are scoped to the tools a user grants.

Design principles

  • Models propose; a deterministic risk gate decides.
  • No API or MCP tool can bypass the user’s approval or policy limits.
  • Every response that drives a decision carries the model and policy versions for audit.
  • Versioned under /v1; breaking changes get a new version and Deprecation / Sunset headers.

Use

Use of the APIs is governed by the API & MCP Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
