No. Support access is view-only by design; the agent and every write endpoint refuse while it is active.

What happens if your systems are down?

The gate fails closed: no data or stale data means no order. Open orders at your broker stay under your control.

How do I report a vulnerability?

Email the security team listed on our security page; we follow coordinated disclosure.
