- Cancel any time in two clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- UK and EU consumers can withdraw within 14 days of buying for a refund (minus any service already used, if you asked to start straight away).
- Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, not by us.
- Ending a subscription never sells your holdings.

1Cancelling
- Web: Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AlgoNexus. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Deleting the app or your broker connection does not cancel a subscription.
2Free trial
The 14-day trial on the web needs no payment card and ends automatically — you will not be charged unless you choose a plan. In the mobile apps, introductory offers are governed by Apple’s and Google’s terms; cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3Statutory right to cancel (UK and EU)UKEU
- If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by telling us at support@algonexus.trade or in Settings → Billing. A model withdrawal form is available on request.
- If you asked us to start the service immediately, we will refund the amount paid minus a proportionate amount for the days already provided.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal.
4Refunds on web purchases
- Duplicate or failed charges: refunded in full once confirmed. In India, refunds to cards and UPI usually reach you within 5–7 working days.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of an annual charge (including renewals), we refund the unused months.
- Service failures: if a material outage on our side prevents you using a paid feature, contact us for a pro-rata credit or refund.
- Other requests are considered case by case. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
5UPI Autopay and e-mandates (India)IN
Recurring payments in India use RBI-compliant e-mandates. You will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge. You can pause or revoke the mandate at any time in your UPI app or bank; doing so cancels renewal at the end of the paid period.
6Renewals and price changes (US)US
We send a reminder before each annual renewal and give advance notice of price changes, in line with state automatic-renewal laws. You can cancel online at any time.
7App Store and Google Play
Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. We cannot issue refunds for them; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. A subscription bought on any platform works everywhere, but you must cancel it on the platform where you bought it.
8What happens when a subscription ends
Autopilot and new orders stop; your dashboard becomes read-only and your reports and data export stay available. Pending AlgoNexus orders are cancelled where possible and we tell you exactly what is still open at your broker. We never sell your holdings because a subscription ended. Paying again restores access instantly.
