1Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to understand and control their investments. This statement applies to www.algonexus.trade, app.algonexus.trade and our iOS, Android and desktop apps. Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which also supports our obligations under the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act 2010, the Americans with Disabilities Act and India’s Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
2What we do
- Semantic HTML, landmarks and a skip link; every control reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus indicator.
- Colour tokens checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast for text in light and dark themes.
- Profit and loss always shown with a sign and an arrow as well as colour, plus a blue/orange palette for colour-vision deficiency (footer → “Colour-blind-safe P&L”).
- Motion is minimal and respects “reduce motion” settings.
- Text can be resized to 200% and the layout reflows down to 320 px wide.
- Plain-English summaries at the top of legal documents.
3Conformance status
Partially conformant. Parts of the content do not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 AA. This status is based on a self-assessment carried out on 12 October 2026. An independent audit is planned before live trading opens.
