A static IP that is yours alone.
SEBI rules let Indian brokers accept API orders only from an IP registered to you. When you connect Groww or Dhan with your own API key, AlgoNexus gives you a dedicated IP that no other customer uses.

Your orders leave from your IP.
Calls to your broker go through AlgoNexus's static-IP service, which sends them from the address assigned to you. Brokers you sign in to through AlgoNexus's own app (Zerodha, Upstox, Fyers…) use AlgoNexus's registered IP instead.

Do I need a static IP?
Only for Indian brokers you connect with your own API key (Groww, Dhan) and only for live orders. US, UK and EU brokers and paper trading do not.
Can someone else use my IP?
No. Each IP is assigned to one customer, and the service accepts requests for it only with that customer's credentials.
What about Zerodha, Upstox and the others?
Nothing to do. Brokers you sign in to through AlgoNexus's own app see one static IP that AlgoNexus registers on its app at each broker, and your orders through them leave from it automatically.
